Conference workshops and certifications will be taking place at the Westfield Cambria Hotel. Gold and Platinum sponsors are invited to have a promotional flyer and/or item in conference swag bags. No booth displays will be permitted at Cambria, but Gold and Platinum sponsors will have a table available to them for a small setup and/or signage.
Swag bag inclusions must be dropped off or emailed to megan@theninjazone.com by Monday, February 11th.
Sponsors must request a table for Friday by Wednesday, February 20th.
Saturday
IMMI Conference Center

Vendors will be permitted to set up their booths beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 23rd at the IMMI Conference Center.
Booths are 8x8 and will include a table/two chairs. (No skirting will be provided, so tablecloths are encouraged.) The booth area is carpeted. Wifi and electricity will be provided.
Attendees will each be given a "scavenger hunt" card to encourage time in the vendor area.
Tear down will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Sunday
Sunday will be our Indiana State Ninja Games beginning at 10:00-4:00. With 100 children participating in one of three Ninja Games sessions, we anticipate a very large spectator crowd of not only our conference attendees but the parents/relatives of the athletes. For this reason, vendor booths will be permitted but displaced due to Games setup. Vendor booths may be moved to breakout rooms on the flanks of the main conference area. Vendors are responsible for moving their own booths on Saturday at 6:00. Participation on Sunday is optional.
If you wish to exhibit during Sunday's events, please notify megan@theninjazone.com by Monday, February 11th so accommodations may be made.
Gold and Platinum sponsors are invited to place a flyer within the VIP Lounge for conference attendees on Sunday. Flyers to be included in the VIP Lounge must be received by Monday, February 11th.
